EU Amends Some Restrictions in REACH Annex XVII
On 16 December 2020, the Official Journal of the European Union published Regulation (EU) 2020/2096 amending some of the restrictions contained in Annex XVII of REACH. Included CMR substances, certain liquid substances or mixtures, nonylphenol and testing methods for azocolourants etc.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
